Offering 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests. Tip Sea’s features include a fully stocked state-of-the-art kitchen, an elevator, and a wet bar on the top floor. Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Tip Sea offers expansive seating inside and outside to accommodate the whole family. What’s more, Tip Sea’s main deck offers even more amenities for maximum luxury and convenience, including a gulf-front pool that can be heated for an additional fee, an outdoor shower, and an oversized picnic table for a quick lunch before you head back to the beach.
Upon entry to the main floor of Tip Sea, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area overlooking the main deck and the Gulf of Mexico, plus a powder room, a laundry room, and 2 bedrooms down the hallway. One downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds while the other has 2 double beds. Upstairs, you will find 4 more bedrooms and another living area, laundry room, and gulf-front deck off the 2 southern bedrooms. The third floor includes a wet bar, the main king suite with an expansive bathroom and private gulf-front deck, and the 8th bedroom. Every bedroom in this Gulf Shores vacation home includes an en suite bathroom. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, Tip Sea offers generous flat-screen TVs in both living areas and each bedroom, an elevator that goes from the ground to the top floor, and comfortable seating for every guest.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property. Smoking is not allowed.
