Most gulf-front condos in Bradenton Beach require stairs or crossing parking areas to reach the beach. Beach House Resort #3 is ground-level with a screened lanai door that opens directly onto the sand. You're not steps from the beach — you're on it.
Open the door and you're there in seconds.
This is the daily routine: coffee on the screened lanai while dolphins swim past. Afternoon reading while the Gulf breeze comes through the screens. Evening meals while the sun drops into the water. The screen keeps bugs out while the Gulf stays in front of you. Multiple guests have made this their annual tradition — some for 15 consecutive years. One small pet under 25 lbs is welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. Please note: dogs are not permitted on Anna Maria Island beaches at any time — your pet can enjoy the condo and non-beach areas of the island.
