• The listing is for three separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart.
Each unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, and each one includes:
- First bedroom: King Bed
- Second bedroom: Queen bed or two twin beds
- Living room: with a Queen Murphy Bed, a dining area, and access to a private balcony.
This is a timeshare condo, and this property has multiple two-bedroom units. Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen: includes refrigerator, microwave, and stove. There is a coffee maker and essential kitchen utensils for your convenience.
The units are equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Other things to note:
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guests listed as well.
- Shuttle services are not included in the booking fees and can be purchased in the main lobby. It is independently operated and not affiliated with Coachella, Stagecoach, or our property.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, the pictures are from typical units, and the exact apartments are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The resort has multiple buildings, and the assigned units may be in different buildings. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart.
- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit
- Shuttle passes are $145 per person for the entire weekend, with shuttles running approximately every 30 minutes (14 shuttles total). - Please note that we do not manage this service; we simply provide information on the provider, and pricing is determined by them.
