Residencias Reef “Cozumel Casa Brie”was Awarded Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor 2018. This lovely one bedroom condo has it all! The most beautiful sunsets!. While relaxing on the terrace you hear the ocean and feel the warm breeze. Spend your days lying on the private, white sand beach sunbathing or enjoying some shade under one of many palm trees. If you prefer fresh water, try relaxing by one of the two HEATED private pools.
A private, secure and guard gated low rise condo complex (four buildings, three floors in each with approx. 80 units), this unit #6140 is on the first floor, in Building 2. Residencias Reef Condo's has the best scuba diving accessibility with the boat pier located to the right of the beach. Dive operators will pick you up right out front and a there are large gear rinse tank on the grounds by the pool.
All condos are privately owned and independently managed so they are kept in beautiful condition. This unit is located in building 2 which is on the opposite side of the mangroves where you will be able to hear and observe the wildlife. The 30 second walk on the short foot bridge through the mangrove will lead to the infinity pool and the beach! To the right of the mangrove is also another garden style pool. You will find peace and quiet on the grounds. The property is one of those hidden jewels on the island!!!
Located 14Km south of the buzzing town a 10 minute drive on the main straight road. So if you care to go into town for shopping, dinner or take a stroll through the town plaza.
The beach is very private and quiet, however if you’d like a more party atmosphere, Carlos and Charlie’s is a short 150 yards down the beach. You’ll also find parasailing, jet skis, stand up paddleboarding, massage and more. Horse-back riding is available a few miles South of your condo at Mr Sanchos Beach resort . Rest well at night knowing you are in a gated community with 24-hour security on-site.
You can even enjoy the amenities of the Sabor Cozumel Resort & Spa (for a daily all-inclusive rate) next door for a change of pace.
