This clean and cozy 2 bedroom sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen beds and a sectional sofa that converts to a sofa bed. This clean and recently updated apartment has everything you'll need for your short or extended stay. Free off street parking in a quiet neighborhood makes it a great spot. You are only a few minutes from downtown Saco and only a few miles to Camp Ellis or Old Orchard Beach.
****The coffee maker is a combo. It is a Keurig but has the single serve and pot.
****The washer and dryer is in a shared space with 2 other units but it is only at the bottom of the stairs when you first walk in.
Laundry is located in a common area and is not located within the apartment
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
