This brand new 3 bedroom apartment has been purpose built for the tourist market. It has 3 bedrooms. Each has their own ensuite and smart TV. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and the other 3 singles. There is also a floor mattress to cater for an extra person. Guests will have access to the deck which boasts uninterrupted views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. All linen is included. Free parking on site with a outdoor security camera for extra safety.
The Space:
This is a brand new property (November 2019). No expense has been spared to provide our guests with a warm, comfortable and clean environment. The view from the deck and the living area is stunning! Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you. The living area gives access to the deck and also looks out over a reserve. This reserve gives access to lakeside walking and cycle tracks. The living area as well as the bedrooms have smart televisions that connect to Netflixs and other channels or apps. There is a kitchen with all cooking equipment provided. Crockery, glassware and cutlery is also provided. Free WiFi.

The laundry is available to all guest and is located at the rear of the building. Washing powder is provided.
