- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The elevators are not controlled by the management company but by the on site HOA management and we are not responsible for any repairs or delays although we try our best to communicate them up front. If in the event there are issues experienced, we do not provide compensation or refunds due to those issues.

- Please note that the building is currently undergoing an elevator replacement project involving all 7 elevators. While elevators remain operational, guests may experience longer wait times, especially during peak hours.
Parking Details:
- Parking Pass Required: A one-time fee per stay is due at the time of check-in. Wristbands will be given to guests age 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear the wristbands while on the property.
