With three expansive 25-foot covered patios and large sliding pocket doors on every floor, the indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly to create a breezy coastal atmosphere. This beautifully furnished home features tile flooring throughout, a private oceanfront infinity pool (no hot tub), cable TV, WiFi, a 3-stop elevator, and all linens provided—everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.
Level One:
The first floor features an inviting ocean-view leisure room with a flat-screen TV, surround sound, DVD player, and a wet bar with granite counters and a mini fridge. It's perfect for laid-back fun, especially with the added entertainment of a skeech ball table and foosball table. Pocket doors open to a shaded covered patio where you can take in sweeping ocean views, then lead directly to the sun-drenched oceanfront pool deck—a private paradise just steps from the shoreline. Kids will love the “Little Tike's” room with two bunk beds (one with a twin pull-out) and a full bath with a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
Level Two:
Enjoy the bright and airy oceanfront living room on the second level, complete with leather seating, surround sound, and another large flat-screen TV. Open the pocket doors to the second covered balcony for sweeping views of the pool and beach.
