Make memories with the whole fam at our brand-new luxury townhome. Delightfully furnished to be light, modern, & cozy. A super-central location makes it easy to explore St.George – 5 minutes to Main Street or Santa Clara Hills to ATV or mountain bike, Snake Hollow bike park is across the street, or go 10 minutes to Tuacahn Amphitheatre or Snow Canyon. Or stay in and cook in a fully-stocked kitchen. Working remote? 600mbps 5G WiFi makes all those video calls extra smooth.
The Space:
We fully-furnished our (1,833 sq ft) townhouse so it has everything you need. The kitchen is 100% equipped (so you can actually use them, including must-have coffee supplies). We have fast, 5GHz internet at 600Mbps to ensure zippy entertainment and video calls. The Heritage Pointe pool is open seasonally and will be available once the weather reaches 78°F—typically from April through November. Hours: 6A-10P (Sun-Thu) 6A-Midnight (Fri/Sat). Bathrooms include shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, plush towels, and more. Park in a spacious 2-car private garage keeps your stuff secure and cool in the summer.

You'll have the entire Townhome all to yourself! Keyless entry makes it easy to get into the space at your convenience – we'll provide a unique code to the doors and garage.
The Neighborhood:
Our townhome is in a beautiful, brand new community called Heritage Pointe. We got it because it brings all the privacy and quiet that we love about a neighborhood, but it's smack dab in the middle of St.George which makes it easy and fast to get everywhere! Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops, etc…are all minutes away!
Getting Around:
You can't get much closer to everything great in Southern Utah! Within walking distance are Snow Canyon high school, Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, Local favorite Restaurant Lamy's, and Snake Hollow bike park. In just a 5 minutes drive you can be in downtown mainstreet, upcoming Summit Gym, the BMX track, or get to Santa Clara Hills to ATV and hit up epic mountain biking trails. Just 10 minutes away are the Tuacahn Amphitheatre for a great show or Snow Canyon State Park. And our place is a great home base if you're looking for long excursions – just 1 hour to Zions National Park and just 30 minutes to Sand Hollow Reservoir or 20 minutes to Gunlock Reservoir.
Other Things to Note:
FYI we own the unit next door and rent it out as well – let us know if you're looking for even more space. Can be really nice and convenient to have more space nearby if you have a larger party or are traveling with a couple of families.
Please be aware – breaking the house rules will forfeit the deposit and we'll have to ask you to leave. Unfortunately we've had guests in the past who caused some problems and disrupted our neighbors. (They hosted parties with tons of people, parked in non-designated areas, left trash in the yard, were loud and drunk all night, etc…) Please book elsewhere if you're looking for a place to trash and go crazy - our nice and chill retreat simply isn't designed for that :)
