Hiking and biking right out the door! Ute Valley and Blodgett Peak accessible from the home. Beautiful patio to relax and enjoy coffee and drinks and dinner in the evening. Main floor has a living room/TV, dining room, and the kitchen opens to the patio and family room. There is a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds and the master with a king bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a shower and toilet, with separate vanities in each room. The master contains a spacious room that also walks out onto a top patio. The bath includes a shower and toilet with two sinks. Basement, garage, and pantry are not accessible and may have a property owner in and out when they are not working. (Separate access--you will not see them).
