Exclusive, Balinese-inspired, beachfront estate with direct access to a half mile of pristine white sand beach on Long Bay. Just minutes from the popular west end of Anguilla, Nevaeh is heaven spelled backwards and this top-of-the-line retreat certainly lives up to its name. Perfectly suited for multi-generational families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations and small weddings.
9 luxurious bedrooms are spread between the main house and guest house to optimize privacy. 7 have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms and 2 have 2 queen beds each and share a full bath and separate half bath. 4 bedrooms also feature outdoor showers and all rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, IDD telephones and smart TVs with cable and Netflix. Most rooms have refrigerators and personal safes. Some bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed for a small additional charge.
The fully-equipped chef's kitchen adjoins the Great Room and al fresco dining terrace, and the adjacent media lounge provides hours of entertainment with a 75" television equipped with Netflix, X-Box, karaoke machine, foosball table and Sonos sound system that plays throughout.
The main house was extensively refurbished in 2025.
The guest house features a well equipped gym with Peloton bikes and golf simulator room with clubs. A split-level, heated infinity pool, large hot tub and two day beds overlook the beach and ocean.
For watersports enthusiasts kayaks, stand up paddle boards, sea sleds, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment are provided. Nevaeh's other recreational diversions include a lighted tennis/basketball court, beach volleyball, ping pong table and beach/lawn games and board games. A full staff including a butler, housekeeper, laundress and houseman attend to all guests needs along with an on-call property manager and concierge. Two six-seater golf carts are available for guests to explore the local village and visit nearby beaches and restaurants (cost of local driver's permit is additional, guests must be 25 or older.)
NOTE: Most rates listed are for 5-bedroom Classic package (except Thanksgiving & Festive - see below.) Rates for additional bedrooms and Heavenly package available on request. Minimum length of stay and # of bedrooms to be booked varies according to the season. Over the festive period there is a 7-14 night minimum stay requirement (depending on dates) and rates are higher than the maximum that can be listed on VRBO ($23,500++ over Xmas and $28,000++ over New Years - Heavenly, 9 bedrooms.) Classic rates are not available over Thanksgiving or Festive, nor for 8 or 9 bedroom bookings (rates listed for Thanksgiving are Heavenly package, 9 bedrooms.) Tax and service is additional and totals 23% (subject to change.)
Two rate packages are available throughout most of the year: Only Classic rates are available on VRBO - includes meet-and-greet, villa provisioning, welcome refreshments, personal laundry, telephone calls to the US & Canada, wifi and Netflix. Heavenly rates also include a full-time chef, daily breakfast (food for lunch and dinner is charged at cost plus 15%), welcome house bar with a selection of top shelf spirits, beers, wines & unlimited soft drinks, and one round-trip arrival and departure ground transfer on Anguilla. Nevaeh can be rented with 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 bedrooms (over peak periods only 8 or 9 bedroom bookings are accepted.) Children are welcome and a baby crib, pack-and-play and highchair, along with extra beds are available on request. The villa is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
