Summary: I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time it was really swamped because of air plane disruptions and the staff were a bit overwhelmed and the lines much longer than normal. (Not really their fault) but something to note that could potentially happen again as this hotel has contracts with the airlines. My son extended for one extra night and they increased the cost of his room considerably bc of supply and demand. Honestly, we should not have been penalized and as a repeat customer been giving the same rate (we were originally booked at) for the additional night.
