Positive: Placed in an accessible room overlook a very loud kitchen smoke vent so could not use the balcony at all. Advised if we could room move - as did not need accessible room (no where to put items for the bathroom - not tables and travelling with children and could not access the balcony. Was advise we couldn't as all rooms allocated despite being in early and advising we would wait.

Summary: Good location. Rooms and Front Desk service disappointing.
