Only a short walk to the grocery and drug stores, specialty shops, restaurants, and post office. The condo is located across the street from Memorial Water Front Park, with new public basketball and tennis courts, a library, and a playground for youngsters. Johns Pass Village is one mile away, Bush Gardens and Tampa a 30-minute drive, the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg a 20-minute drive, and Walt Disney World and Universal Studio a 90-minute drive.
Newly remodeled high-end kitchen with granite counters and brand new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove, refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker, laundry center (washer and dryer), sink garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, all dishes, cookware, utensils. The master bedroom offers a brand new queen-size pillow-top bed, 2 closets, a dresser, and a ceiling fan with remote control. Also, a new comfy pull-out queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room. Free WI-FI, cable TV, Netflix. The outdoor balcony has seating and a table. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided as well as linens, bath towels, and a hairdryer. HOA requires all guests to register at least 7 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
