The space
The front yard is landscaped to excellence, and the shell-style rock landscaping provides a beach home aesthetic.The entirety of the home promotes a feeling of relaxation and calm. As you enter the home, you will notice the beautifully decorated living room with unique touches and much love to every detail. The subtle beach touches will not overwhelm you, but they do remind you that you are in the Sunshine State! The living room features a smart tv and lots natural of light. Enjoy dinner or breakfast at the dining table that comfortably fits six in the adjacent dining area. From there you have a magnificent view of the pool area through the slider for outdoor/indoor living. The kitchen includes custom cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, lots of kitchen gadgets like an Instant Pot or a Nutribullet Blender, a separate wine cooler under the breakfast bar, Nespresso machine, and a coffee maker. Home is equipped with Alexa and light switches can be controlled with Alexa. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and smart television. French doors boast great pool views and lead you right to the pool area. The master bedroom has lots of privacy with its en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom with its queen-sized bed displays beautiful mid-century décor. A second bathroom off the hallway has a bathtub shower combination for your convenience. The third bedroom is designed as a kid's room and has two twin beds and a large bean bag chair for relaxing with a book, or the kid's hand-held games.

The outdoor area has beautiful sectional seating and chairs and two lounges for sunbathing by the beautiful screened-in pool. There is plenty of room for activities in this home.
