Central air-conditioning inside will help you beat the heat while relaxing in the living room. Stream your favorite shows or find a family movie to watch on the wall-mounted smart TV. As of Jan 2023 the owners boat will be on the property, on the trailer, so any renters bringing a boat will have to leave their trailer at the lot in the City of Key Colony Beach during their stay. You can go to the City of Key colony Beach for this form and pay the weekly fee.
As of March 2024 we will now be offering our boat for rentals. Boat rental will be $2400 for the week and if you want a boat captain to take you around and or on fishing trips we will provide that information to you after you book the boat rental. There is an additional fee for the boat captain and or fishing charter if you chose to use them. We highly recommend that if you do not use the captain boat then prior boating experience is required.
