This brand new 3 bedroom home has been purpose built for the Airbn'b market. It has 3 bedrooms. Each has their own ensuite and smart TV. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and the one has 3 singles. There is also a floor mattress to cater for an extra person. Guests will have access to the deck which boasts uninterrupted views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. All linen is included. Free parking on site.
The Space:
This is a brand new property (November 2019). No expense has been spared to provide our guests with a warm, comfortable and clean environment. The view from the deck and the living area is stunning! Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you. The living area gives access to the deck and also looks out over a reserve. This reserve gives access to lakeside walking and cycle tracks. The living area was well as the bedrooms have smart televisions that connect to Netflix and other channels or apps. there is a kitchen with all cooking equipment provided. Crockery, glassware and cutlery are also provided. Free WiFi. Free onsite parking with a security camera for extra safety.

Guest will enjoy their own private space. The laundry is available to all guests and is located at the rear of the building,
