The Space:
Designed by local architect, Anna Holley Avrett, SUITE-A is a 600 SF, 4 room, 1st floor, 1 BR 1 FULL BATH apartment with ample off-street, well-lit parking and private front entrance. Get social with us on IG @_urplace . The bedroom has a queen bed and features an ornamental fireplace, full dresser and ample closet space. The bath room is complete with a large, walk-in shower. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The spacious, front porch is a great place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the quaint, historic homes on the tree-lined street below.

The famed Augusta National Golf Course is a mere 2.5 miles away and can be accessed without having to navigate Washington Road, which is heavily trafficked during the Masters tournament.
