This 3 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have the whole 2nd floor including the balcony. There will be two stairwells to access your rental. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. We will provide you with their number upon booking. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk.
