We are in a beautiful, tree-lined road - known as the 'garden of Llandudno' situated on the level and within a few minutes walk from beach, promenade, all shops and restaurants, theatre, train station and bus station.

The apartment comprises of entrance hall, spacious kitchen/diner/lounge with fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric full size oven, retro fridge, toaster and kettle, and dining area with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfy sofa with flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player with selection of DVDs and occasional furniture. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps and wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room off the bedroom. It is a first floor apartment.
