This is one side of a new-build duplex, brought to you by Simply Welcome Stays. This modern 2 bed / 2.5 bath space is tucked in a peaceful residential area, just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Greenville. The duplex is a side-by-side layout so there is no one above or below you. The stylish space blends functionality with comfort, with an open-concept layout, full kitchen, and relaxing living area. Sip your morning coffee on the private back deck or wind down on the couch with the remote after a day out. I hope you enjoy my home for work or play!
FEATURES:
--Dedicated parking for 2 cars in the shared driveway. Additional free parking is available on the street.
--Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with supplies, cookware, dishes, and a dining table for six.
--Open main living area with comfortable seating, large Smart TV (no cable), half bath, and a queen sleeper sofa. A desk and chair are provided for workspace.
--Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Dressers, towels, and toiletries are provided.
--Full-size washer and dryer upstairs, plus iron and ironing board.
--High-speed WiFi throughout the home.
--Private outdoor deck, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:
- If you have a larger group, the full duplex may be available to rent (check out the "Entire Duplex" listing on my profile). Although each side is very well-insulated, please note that there is potential for noise from other guests on the other side.
- Our neighborhood is transitional with a mix of old home, new homes, and even a church! The neighborhood hosts an eclectic blend of locals and tourists. While guests have never reported safety concerns during their stay, please note that this is a residential neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. We even have a friendly neighborhood dog who likes to make the rounds and say hello :) Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking!
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.
- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train noises in the distance. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each bedroom for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.
- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.
- Maximum of 6 guests per reservation.
