An excellent boat house and a fishing dock - fully lighted for night fishing right from the dock (you can catch catfish right from the dock). Get your fishing gear and fish in the best Bass fishing lakes in the country - Lake Fork! Canoe around in the lake, or bring your bikes/ATVs to ride around the property. Or have a relaxing candle light dinner on the fishing dock. This very well maintained, air conditioned 3 bedrooms (all on first floor) property is truly one of a kind! A ton of activities - fishing, basketball, badminton, *indoor pickle ball*, kids air-hockey, kids pool table, adults pool table, corn-hole, kayaking, kids ping pong or just ride around the property on your bicycles! 75" smart TV in the living room! Water filtration system installed for all your drinking water. Coffee lovers can have regular brewed coffee (coffee provided) or a Keurig machine - a few Keurig pods supplied with each trip! For the wine lovers, a bottle of Cabernet awaits you! Pecan trees, plums, an orchard with a variety of fruit trees on the property during the season.
There is a neighborhood boat launch within half a mile of the property (see the pictures)! You can dock two boats right at the property.
The boat and fishing docks are about 200 yards from the house - guests can drive their cars through the path (by the garage).
