One (1) Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door of the dwelling and one (1) Ring camera is located in the carport area. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door and carport areas respectively when motion is detected. All devices will be on.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. Parking: Two (2) parking spaces in the driveway (one covered by carport, one uncovered). Public street parking is available on Orange St. All are offered free of charge to guests.
