Step into your sanctuary of luxury living in Flagler Beach. The first floor features a private king bedroom suite with an en-suite walk-in shower. Adjacent to the suite is a private patio with lounge seating, leading you to the outdoor oasis. Here, you`ll find a sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. The pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, available October 15th through May 15th please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that pool heating is an optional add-on and is charged separately after your booking is confirmed. The fee for pool heat is $100 per day.
Our pool’s heat pump system operates effectively when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F. However, when temperatures drop below this threshold, the system becomes less efficient. At night, when temperatures fall closer to or below 40°F, the heater may shut down entirely due to excessive icing, as it must frequently defrost. During this process, the open surface of the pool loses heat faster than the system can replace it.

The house is fully available to the guests, with one locked owner’s closet.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them! *Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
