5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home (sleeps 12+) with ample space for entertaining (3 living room spaces!!), double car garage, large kitchen, and outdoor deck (with a large grille! - gas provided). This is a newer home with central air/heating in a great location, close to the beach/parks!! We've updated the bathroom on the upper level with new paint, vanity, fixtures and have painted two bedrooms to give a nice beach feel - also new linens throughout the house!
This a split level home, with 2 formal living rooms, a third play room area with a twin bed. Main living room has 42' flat screen TV, while the downstairs serves more as a play room with another TV. The home has a front loading washer/dryer in the second bathroom. All five bedrooms have queen/full sized beds. An additional twin is provided for use (in playroom). There are also two love seats with hideaway beds in the downstairs living rooms.
There is a large entertaining kitchen with all your pots, pans, plates, dishwasher, etc with an adjoining dining room. Off the dining room you'll find a nice walk out deck where you can sit and enjoy the sun!
The house is located 1.5 blocks from Kid's Corner Playground, 2.5 blocks from the beach (public access), 5 blocks from the marina, and 7 blocks from down town night-life/restaurants. You can walk everywhere in South Haven if you stay at this house!
