Large ranch home located in west Greeley. Perfect location if you are attending weddings, sports, reunions, concerts & area college events. This is a large ranch house with a fully finished and furnished basement. It has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom is very small and one is very large). It has 4 full bathrooms. Three bathrooms have showers and the fourth bathroom has a shower/bath. The downstairs has a game room for playing board games. Each bedroom and family room have Roku TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay including a blender, mixer, air fryer, crockpots, coffee pot and many more small appliances. It also has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water. We have converted the garage into a game room with. A shuffle board table, ping pong table, foos ball table and a dart board for your enjoyment. This house is on a large lot with plenty of free parking for several cars. The back yard is fenced in with a patio that has a lot of lawn furniture. In addition we have a gas grill, gas fire pit, corn hole game and a hot tub!!

Please keep cover on hot tub at all times the trees above drop leaves and twigs. No food or glass bottles allowed in the hot tub.
